Fear of Criticism

We are much closer than we think of living the life we dream of. What holds us back in life is fear of criticism. Fear of what other people may think, do or say. Some people don't set high goals for themselves, because they fear the criticism from family and friends, who may say: “Don't aim . so high, people will think you are crazy”.

But every time we make someone else’s opinion more important than the opinion we have about ourselves, we are killing what it is unique about us, our own creativity. We must believe in ourselves first, before others believe in us.

To overcome this fear, we must love our ideas, nurture them at the time of birth with definite plans of immediate action and be persistent, no matter how slowly we may, at first, have to move. And of course, we have to be a little crazy

Most people are programmed for average, they are programmed to fit it, unless you are a little crazy, you are never going to write that book or fall deeply in love or open that shop you always wanted to.

If you have something you want to share with the World; go on and share it. Dare to be different, dare to be yourself; because when you move beyond your own fear, you are not just helping yourself, you are helping the World, your example inspires others to do the same.

They say that only 30% of the people you know will attend your funeral. Of that 30%, only 10% will actually cry at your funeral. Once they get to the funeral, half of that 30% will decide whether to attend your burial or not, based on how the weather is outside, if it raining half of them won’t make it....so, do you really care about what other people think?
